Under the title Dreams and Waltzes, Luboš Fišer (born 1935), a leading Czech composer, wrote a waltz fantasy in his characteristic style, wrapped in an almost Art Nouveau dreamlike atmosphere. 

Although the work speaks the language of contemporary music, it is technically accessible to pianists in the upper grades of elementary schools and conservatory students, and as an extremely impressive composition it will certainly not go unnoticed by the music public.
